Admission Procedure

Cash Paying Patients

Admission Through O&G Clinic

During Clinic Hours:

  • Patient checks in at counter.
  • Cashier confirms full package payment received issues ID band.
  • Patient will be taken to room by our nurses.
Admission Through A&E

Outside O&G Clinic Hours:

  • Patient checks in at A&E counter.
  • Staff confirms full package payment received issues ID band.
  • Patient will be taken to room by our nurses.

GL / Insurance

  1. Patient brings GL beforehand/before admission for verification by cashiers.
  2. Once GL is verified, cashier will issue ID band.
  3. In the event that GL is not verified, patient will need to pay a 50% deposit before admission.
  4. Please be informed that GL/Insurance that require Itemised Billing will not be entitled to our package prices.

Discharge Procedure

Billing Information

1. Cash

We accept cash payments. Please make sure you are issued a receipt when you make a payment.

2. Credit Card / Debit Card

All major credit cards are accepted. Please make sure you are issued a receipt when you make a payment.

3. Guarantee Letter

We accept Guarantee Letters (GL) from insurance companies as well as private companies. However, you are strongly advised to bring your GL before your date of admission as our Credit Department will need some time to run a check on the GL with your Insurance / Company before you are allowed admission without a deposit.  Validation of GL beforehand will also ensure smooth admission during non-office hours and public holidays.

Please ensure that your GL specifically states the amount covered, limit (if any), number of visits, period of visit and signed by authorised personnels.  Non-panel GL are subject to approval by management.
